Develop an understanding of what enteral feeds are, Increase awareness of the anatomy and physiology of the digestive system, Provide a basic understanding of surgical insertion of feeding tubes, Identify indications for having a PEG, Identify risks involved in having a PEG, Identify potential complications, Manage infection risk associated with established feeding tubes, Review standard procedures about PEG feeding for nutrition purposes, Practically demonstrate standard procedures for the delivery of feed and medication via feeding tubes
