Course Content: 

• Physiological process and conditions of the respiratory system 
• Six Essential Oils to support the respiratory system 
• Consideration of applications and after care 
• Body work techniques will include massage, acupressure, breathing exercises, myofascial release, stretching, rocking, pulsing & pumping
