An interactive two-day course to confidently help you get back to work.

Enhance your skills and knowledge with an emphasis on ‘working smart’ and iron out old habits!

And renew your confidence in your choice of essential oils for your clients. 

Students will get the opportunity to practice massage routines and also to take part in various theory exercises. 

Students will be encouraged to work in small groups, pairs and as a whole group.

There is plenty of opportunity for questions and feedback and time to comment on personal experiences. 

The course will re-visit theoretical elements of massage and aromatherapy 

Handouts are provided to back up all course material

Course Content:

Day 1

• Revisit essential elements of bodywork 
• The importance of Working Smart - self-care and therapist friendly application of techniques and body mechanics 
• Demonstration and practical session

Day 2

• Revisit essential oil blending, %’s, botanical families and chemical groups, plus consultation skills 
• Full body practical with essential oils
