Course Aims
Who ShouldAttend?This course is aimed at Managers, Supervisors and Operatives in construction, utilities, telecommunications and petrochemical industries who are required to locate underground apparatus during planned excavations. This course is designed to provide Participants with the skills and knowledge required to carry out surveying and location of underground services in accordance with HSG47, including the safe operation of SPX RD Series Cable Avoidance Tool(s) and Signal Generator (GENNY).

Certification
Participants successfully completing the course, including the written and practical assessments are awarded a City & Guilds approved certificate.
