In my opinion, the course was extremely helpful for communication skills because you learn how to structure your communication efficiently.
The fact that every person's ideas matter, regardless of what level they are, they can make a difference in a solution to a given task or challenge.
I will build on the skills learnt in the session to use in my day to day working relationships and to hone those skills both at work and outside.
The tutor was lively and engaging, going through all points set out at the beginning of the course in an interactive way.
