Medical Law - PGDip
- Duration:18 months

- Modules: 1 to 7
- The PGDip requires the successful completion of 120 credits
Medical Law - LLM
- Duration: 26 months
- Start dates: 23rd October 2023
- Modules: all 8 modules
- The LLM requires the successful completion of 180 credits

By completing this course, you will be able to...
- Identify a critical awareness of the factors which shape medical law
- Demonstrate a critical awareness of the factors which determine the degree of legal protection for medical negligence
- Analyse the principle data protection laws, and critically evaluate responsibility for their enforcement
- Undertake a critical awareness of the issues and problems raised by the use of Judicial Review and more!
Course delivery details
- To successfully complete the course, you must pass each module.
- The course is assessed entirely by coursework, which will require to be submitted online.
- Module assessments will incorporate avariety of summative and formative submissions including reports, essays, presentations, and research assignments.
- You will also be expected to participate in the virtual learning environment with tutors and fellow students.
- There will be no examinations requiring attendance at a venue.
