PRINCE2® is like a recipe book for project management: just like a recipe book provides step-by-step instructions for preparing a dish, PRINCE2® provides a structured framework for managing projects. It helps ensure that all the necessary steps are followed and the project is completed successfully in a linear manner from the first to the last step.
The PRINCE2® Practitioner is different to PRINCE2® Foundation because it doesn’t just give you the recipe for successful project management, but it teaches you how to practically implement it. Despite its fixed structure, PRINCE2® can be tailored to accommodate a project of any size or type and it demonstrates how you can break complex projects into manageable and controllable steps. If you manage change projects or hope to do so, PRINCE2® is an asset to have in your arsenal!
Once completing the PRINCE2® Practitioner, you can benefit from progressing to PRINCE2® Agile as it will validate your skills as a flexible and versatile Project Professional. Our Project Management Career Programme is also the preferred route for students looking to kickstart their careers as Project Professionals.
