To be honest I wish I attended this course in my 20s. Very beneficial training day.

Bernie has a great knowledge and I really enjoyed picking her brain.

This is now given me the confidence to be more assertive within my role as it's something I have previously been struggling with.

Before this training I knew that some of my team we're lacking fundamental skills and I feel like this training has really helped develop them and help take them to the next level.
