PRINCE2 Agile® combines the clearly defined framework of PRINCE2 Agile® with the flexibility and responsiveness of agile. PRINCE2 Agile® has been developed for individuals and organisations who use PRINCE2 Agile® but understand the benefits of using agile methodologies within a project.
This course provides guidance on applying PRINCE2 Agile® and Agile methodologies to improve project management within your organisation.
This PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner course teaches you the knowledge and techniques needed to pass the official exams and implement this combination of two of the world’s most used and popular project management methodologies, in any project you embark on throughout your career.

This is an accredited course and prepares you for a qualification in AgilePM Project Management
Prerequisites:
To enrol onto the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner level qualification, you will need to have passed one of the following:
- PRINCE2® Foundation (or higher)
- PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation
- Project Management Qualification® (PMQ)*
- Certified Associate in Project Management® (CAPM)*
- IPMA Levels A, B, C and D® (Certified Projects Director)
Course delivery details
We recommend 30 hours (cumulative) for Practitioner level study and qualification. This study will be a mixture of computer-based training using the E-learning, reference to the PRINCE2 Agile Handbook and other support documents (provided within the product), and completion of the Practical Tasks and Tests. Depending on other commitments, you will require anything from 2 weeks to 6 months to complete this learning.
