Recruitment Opportunity
Through our recruitment partner, we are able to offer an opportunity for some candidates to be fast-tracked to a role with one of the UK’s leading IT contracting companies. To qualify candidates must complete both the CompTIA A+ courses and also the Windows 7 Configuring course (70-680) before sitting our own internal examination.

How long do I need to study?
This package will only take you roughly 80 hours. So at 10 hours per week, you can be ready to start your new career in less than 2 months!
What would I be doing in this job role?
As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact to help users who have issues with their desktops, laptops, operating system, software, printers or network. You may specialise in some or all of these areas depending on your job role. Your role may also include setting up new equipment and upgrading existing systems.
The courses in the IT Support Technician study package will provide you with the knowledge as well as the skills that employers need you to have to work as a competent IT support professional (1st Line Support).
