Course description

The construction industry is constantly evolving, and effective site management and supervision are critical components of a successful construction project. As a site supervisor or construction manager, your role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This course has been designed to equip you with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to effectively manage and supervise construction projects on site. Over five days, we will cover a range of topics from site planning and preparation to health and safety management, project quality, and productivity management, and site handover and closeout.

You will learn about the key responsibilities of a site supervisor, the common challenges faced, and the relevant laws and regulations that apply. Through interactive case studies and practical exercises, you will have the opportunity to apply what you have learned to real-world situations. Guest speakers with extensive experience in site management and supervision will also share their expertise and provide valuable insights.

Suitability - Who should attend?

This can include but is not limited to site supervisors, project managers, construction managers, engineers, architects, and other professionals involved in site management. It is also suitable for those who are new to the construction industry and are seeking to develop their skills and knowledge in site supervision and management.
