Introduction to Mindfulness - Level 2:
In this course, you will be exploring how to pay attention to what's happening here and now such as sensations, thoughts and emotions. You will learn how to use exercises to manage stress as well as exploring the theory behind mindfulness as well as its applications in different areas of work. After completion of this course, you will move onto an introduction to counselling course or similar.
