ACCA Corporate and Business Law Module - ACCA LW F4

This ACCA LW F4 Corporate and Business Law module is designed to develop the learner's knowledge of the general legal framework, and the legal areas relating specifically to business. During this course, you'll learn more about the English legal system and the areas that impact business transactions, as well as exploring how companies are administered and regulated, developing an understanding of corporate fraudulent behaviour, and the legal implications relating to insolvency law. To achieve the full ACCA membership qualification you will need to complete this course, as well as 12 other modules. Alternatively, you can complete this module, plus the following five modules to achieve the ACCA Fundamentals - Applied Skills qualification:
