This skill module describes how a scope of work for a shale project is validated and the coordinated plans necessary to complete the execution stage are integrated. Execution plan contents, including the scope of work, are presented. Preparation tips for the execution plan are introduced.

Early career project managers, leads, engineers, and services personnel who are on field development project teams. This includes operations and facility reps, cost and schedule controllers, and buyers and logistics specialists.
