Suitability - Who should attend?

Unit4- An Introduction to Health Care Policy

This unit will study about what are the issues to be faced by a health care sector and how can we solve those issues through inputting a developmental policy.

Unit5- Managing People in Health and Social Care

This unit will help learner to understand what are the recruitment process and how it is running in an health and social care sector.

Unit6- Sociology Concepts in Health and Ill Health

In this unit learner will learn how our society is allocated with age, gender, classification of society, family in a sociological concept. It will also help learners to achieve a good knowledge about the issues facing by our society and the realisation of health and ill health.

Continuing Studies

Learners completing the QUALIFI Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care will allow progress to:

  • the QUALIFILevel 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or
  • The second year of undergraduate study in health and social care; or
  • Directly into employment in an associated profession.
