Awareness of the Mental Capacity Act 2005

Awareness of the Mental Capacity Act 2005: Do you support people who at times lack mental capacity or are interested in finding out more? You will gain the knowledge and understanding required to provide support and care to individuals in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005. You also cover the importance of complying with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 Code of Practice when working with individuals who lack mental capacity. You will need to have a good level of English and on the first class you will take an assessment to confirm this. Please note, you willattend College for six sessions between the dates shown on alternate weeks.
