5 Day Tiling Course
On our 5 day tiling course you’ll learn that when tiling is of a high standard of finish it can be both rewarding and satisfying. Our instructors are experience tradesman, so if you are aiming to work in either your own home or customers homes they will happily answer all your questions about estimating for materials, quoting and prices jobs.

Starting Points for Tiling
Tiling
Keeping Straight, Accurate and Holding the Field Through Corners.
Patterns
- Straight / Brick Bond / Diamond / Patterns / Cutting tiles
- Use of Dry cutters / Wet cutters and hand tools such as nippers.
- How to cut around obstacles such as Sockets / Switches
- Plus making holes in tiles for pipes.
- Tile trims.
- How to cut and fit corner trims and beads.
- Grouting, shaping grout plus cleaning to achieve that perfect finish.
Silicon
Applying Silicon to Internal Corners and Around Bath and Sink Units.

5 Days, Monday to Friday, 9.00am until 4.30pm. (Doors open 8.30am).
How long is the course?
This 5 day tiling course consists of 5 days practical in-house training, taking place at our training centre near Fareham and will teach you all the foundation skills of tiling.
