Louise was lovely and very knowledgeable

A lot of early content was knowledge I already had, but was kind of useful to get it broken back down to basics.

Alan was a brilliant facilitator, he was very patient, good humoured and made the learning feel easy and manageable.

The trainer was very patient and clearly explained things in a manner which made the whole experience useful and enlightening

due to having issue with connection, and so missing information, Alan kindly went over items missed after the session.

I think the pace was a bit too fast during the demo sessions
