- This workshop targets an often-neglected element of the practice of Project Management; the people. It breaks down key communication skills needed when dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and enables participants to adapt their style appropriately. Delegates will develop their leadership skills and learn how to overcome the challenges presenting by project politics and change. They will also have the opportunity to practise and progress their communication and leadership skills in practical sessions during the workshop.
