The working environment of the office could be improved
There were no course information packs available for the duration of the course or for future reference. The trainer had his own exercise packs.
Need a rating between 'above average' and 'excellent'. THere is a huge gap in between.
This could be condensed into a half day course. Althoguh i had plenty of time to practice and develop new skills content could be covered in shorter amount of time. Our trainer...

Trainer is great. Admin people pathetic. I booked two courses and cancelled one within 10 mins and they charged me £30 !!!
