No extra suggestion; good balance between "theory" and real exercices
I expected having to write a test email and have the trainer review and comment on it (instead of other trainees; which is also helpful but not as much as it could have been).

Maybe just making the case work more specific to ge employees in the meeting. It was difficult to create persuasive emails for topics we aren’t familiar with.
Jon is such a patient and lovely trainer; it really makes fun with him!
Personally; i would prefer to get one coursebook and not various addional print outs; separate pages.
