The trainer was very clear and thorough when explaining and teaching. Although it was a whole day course it was still engaging.

The trainer was very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain a topic if I am unsure of anything.

The presentation was very well laid out, easy to understand and follow. Enough information given for someone new to the topic.
