Spotlight: Imports in a CDS World
CDS (Customs Declaration Service) is the HMRC replacement for CHIEF. The migration to CDS has already begun and will impact UK Importers in the first instance. This new system will affect those businesses who instruct a third party to complete their customs declarations. To help our clients prepare for the changes that CDS will bring, Strong and Herd will continue to provide training support and guidance.
With this aim in mind we hope you can attend our 1 Hour Spotlight to highlight your requirement as a trader to ensure importers are ready for when their declarations will be submitted to CDS for the first time.
