Even with a number of years' experience, the course provided me with additional hints and tips to improve minute taking and ease the admin burden.

Covered everything you could want in a minute taking course, best I've been on.
I would suggest keeping to the Itinerary as lunch was delayed by 25 minutes and I had other commitments which I could not meet during the lunch break
