What will I learn?
If you’ve considered a career in Business Management but do not have the necessary qualifications to apply for university, this Level 3 Access To Higher Education Diploma could be just the stepping stone you need. You’ll cover modules in business, management and developmental areas, picking up the skills and abilities you’ll need to both successfully apply for a degree-level programme and to achieve success in the working world. During the year-long course, you’ll study a range of different units, covering everything from business accounts and economic models and concepts, to management styles and how to motivate your staff. You’ll learn about marketing, financial planning and recruitment, all geared towards helping you get into university and follow a rewarding career path.

What do I need to know?
You’ll need to have GCSEs at grade C or above in both Maths and English to enrol on this Access To Higher Education programme. Alternatively, you’ll have Functional Skills qualifications in the two subjects at a Level 2 or above. Due to Government changes to grading systems for GCSES in 16/17
