CQI/IRCA Certified PT202: Managing Process Performance
This CQI/IRCA Certified PT202: Managing Process Performance course will provide practical skills development in the management of process operation and performance. Delegates will leave the course with the capability of leading teams in the development of their management processes and be able to develop a set of performance measures that indicate how well operational processes meet customer and stakeholder requirements.

This course is aimed at those managing process performance and the development of performance measures supporting customer and stakeholder needs.
Prerequisites
FD106 Introduction to Process Design. Also students will need to have mathematical skills. Some of the activities will be challenging if the student has no mathematical skills. Must have a basic understanding of mathematics to be able to calculate; mean and standard deviation.

You will have the knowledge to:
- Develop a balanced set of measures of performance against customer/stakeholder requirements and related process
- Ensure that measures are analysed to provide appropriate input of or fact-based decision making
You will learn the skills to:
- Define measures of process performance that reflect an understanding of specific key requirements of customers and stakeholders, including compliance requirements
- Extend performance measures to the supply
