Only issue I felt was that the workbook didn’t quite follow the slides so had to look around for the right section. Otherwise it was very good.

Great course - lots of valuable information. Enough time to be able to make notes and ask questions.

The facilitator quickly assessed each individuals level of 'competency' and adapted the session to suit individuals. He engaged well with individuals and when we were in groups.
