Entry Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree with honours at a lower second standard (2:2) or equivalent.
  • All UCEM programmes are taught and assessed in English. In addition to the programme entry requirements listed above, all applicants will therefore be required to demonstrate adequate proficiency in the language before being admitted to a programme.
  • Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree that has been taught and examined in the English medium can be considered for entry in the absence of the qualifications detailed above.

Course delivery details

This programme is designed to align your skills to the educational requirements of the industry’s professional bodies. It provides a rigorous understanding of the knowledge and critical thinking required to practice as a valuer or property surveyor. This conversion MSc Real Estate programme enables graduates from disciplines unrelated to real estate to obtain an accredited degree covering the core technical disciplines of the valuer or property surveyor specialism and their role within the wider context of built environment professional disciplines.
