Course description
This module is aimed at radiographers who wish to explore an aspect of their practice through a critical review of the research evidence base to determine current academic thinking and identify best practice.
The student will be required to negotiate a relevant topic of choice with the module leader. A learning contract will be negotiated and agreed. The module will be introduced through a small number of lectures and tutorials within the academic environment and further supervisory tutorials will be held with an assigned tutor. An advisor from clinical practice may be sought for advice on specific clinical aspects of the topic. The student will work independently to produce an appropriate piece of work.
