Course description
The focus of this 5 day seminar is to identify primary issues from the perspective of the parties to the contracts and offer alternative approaches. Emphasis is on practical skills, familiarization and in-depth understanding of main types of inter-company contracts used in the international oil and gas industry. Participants work in teams on simulated negotiation exercises to develop skills.
