Course description
This course can be taken on its own or as the first module in our full Evidence-Based Health Care Leadership Programme. Our new programme is designed for healthcare professionals who are existing or aspiring leaders in Evidence-Based Health Care. The programme will help you to thoroughly examine and refine your leadership approach, whilst providing you with practical tools and techniques to address some of the challenges you will face in the context of delivering better patient outcomes.
This programme is designed to help you develop, apply and enhance the leadership skills you are building throughout its duration. You will gain the knowledge and inspiration to discover and test your new found perspectives, and then feed back to your learning group as you apply the learning in your role.
Delivered in conjunction with Oxford's Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, the programme is also supported by the Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine (CEBM).
