Tooth Whitening is part of the Dental Hygienists and Therapists Scope of Practice. This type of treatment is popular with patients and an excellent way to improve a patients appearance, with minimal intervention. DH&T’s need to learn more about this area of dentistry so they can advise their patients and gain consent.
