Course description
The purpose of this module is to stimulate participants' creative and innovative capacities and their predisposition to collaborate, where difference is regarded as an opportunity rather than an obstacle. It will be argued that developing creative leadership skills and inclusive strategies that overcome differences in cultures, ideologies and professional boundaries are at the heart of successful performance.
Participants successfully completing the module obtain 20 credits towards the MA Education awarded by the University of Worcester.
