Course description
This module is designed to develop knowledge, attitudes and skills for a mentoring and coaching role within organisations. It explores principles, core concepts and key skills of mentoring and coaching. Its aims are to develop a critical understanding of mentoring and coaching; to develop interpersonal and practical skills; to develop as a reflective practitioner to enhance the effectiveness of mentoring and coaching.
Successful completion of the module grants 20 credits towards the MA Education awarded by the University of Worcester.
