LGV C+E – up to 44 tonnes
After passing LGV C we offer a choice of LGV C+E training vehicles. Your examiner will allow you to use either an Articulated or Drawbar Combination vehicle. All our LGV C vehicles are fitted with a Drawbar towing hitch.
Wallace Articulated Training Vehicle - Pass C+E with our Articulated Truck in Wembley. Gain experience with a tri-axle trailer to be fully conversant with driving a big rig and feel confident to find a job with these vehicles. If you decide to use an articulated vehicle allow a larger budget for more training as generally it takes longer to reach test standard on an articulated vehicle than a drawbar.
Wallace vehicles are conform to the latest legislation and are comfortable with easy to use controls, gearboxes, good manoeuvrability and versatility, low noise and pollution levels and are regularly maintained at approved service centres ensuring safety and reliability.
Courses start every week.Prospective drivers of Large Goods or Heavy Goods Vehicles with Trailers over 750 kg in weight, most commonly articulated lorries, have to pass two practical driving tests. Firstly, the test for licence category C, Vehicles over 3500kg with a trailer up to 750kg. Secondly, the test for licence category C + E, Vehicles over 3500kg with a trailer over 750kg. This course enables participants to pass these tests and attain their licence.
