This professional qualification is designed to provide apprentices with the practical skills and understanding to succeed in IT Sales. Gain experience and insight into the sales and account management process, from lead generation to order fulfilment. This course covers: Validating existing leads; Obtaining and qualifying new leads; Adding information to CRM systems; Sending marketing information to customers; Being a first point of contact for inbound sales calls; Using the phone and email to contact customers with status updates; Following up orders placed with suppliers.
