For advanced cake decorators who have completed the Level 2. You will develop your skills to an advanced level by working on new projects, including making more complicated sugar flowers, working on a handbag cake and making collars.

Making Chocolate Paste and Modelling Flowers
Piping Chocolate Decorations
Making a Designer Decorated Chocolate Cake
Chef's whites or other appropriate protective clothing will be required, together with tools and materials as specified by and agreed with your tutor.
