Course description
This qualification builds on existing knowledge and understanding of therapy skills and will develop an enhanced repertoire of technical skills.
The course includes learning how to: provide a thorough consultation with the client to formulate a specific course of treatment tailored to suit their individual needs, use laser and light treatments for skin rejuvenation and hair removal and manage the health, safety and security of the salon.

Full Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.

VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Treatments (QCF)
Course delivery details
This day time intensive course allows you to study for a full certificate in laser and IPL, plus the opportunity to study extra units including epilation and advanced epilation.
Expenses
For both the short and full year course, students will need to wear uniform.
25.30 for a new tunic if required.
In addition, a 50 epilation kit is required for full year course with additional units
(All costs are subject to change).
Continuing Studies
When you have successfully completed this qualification you will be in a position to aspire to promotion as an advanced beauty therapist providing laser and IPL services within a beauty salon.
