Although you posted this question a while ago, we now have Floor Laying courses that might be of use to anyone else that has searched this same thing and landed here!
There are several training providers that offer Construction courses and amongst their course lists are those that help you learn how to lay floors or get qualified in floor laying. Find all Floor Laying courses here and choose which type of course from carpentary to tiling floors courses that suit you.
