In January, findcourses hosted the annual Upskill & Reskill Virtual Global Training Fair. It was a fantastic opportunity for professionals to gain expert advice on upskilling and reskilling for 2023 and beyond.
On the day, attendees had the chance to network with trusted findcourses providers and join keynote speakers Lurlene Duggan, Chief Learning Officer of Microsoft Western Europe, and Jeremy Dalton, Head of Metaverse Technologies at PwC, as they shared secrets to success. We asked attendees what they thought about the day, and here's what they said.
Why did you join the event?
- 52% of attendees wanted to learn about the latest Learning & Development trends. It's great to see people recognising the importance of keeping up to date with the latest developments in their field.

Joining and watching the webinars
- The featured webinars were popular with 92% of our attendees who learned how to use Metaverse within their businesses, mastered the art of difficult conversations, and discovered the latest trends in soft skills development and coaching, amongst other topics.
Live chatting with the organisations
- 80% of our attendees liked that they could ask questions and seek advice from our expert providers throughout the day.
Networking with other participants
- During the day, 88% of attendees thought that speaking to others, exchanging ideas, expanding their knowledge and gaining new perspectives on industry trends was helpful.
How would you rate your overall experience?
In the survey, 88% of attendees rated their experience as good or excellent, indicating that the event provided value and was a positive experience. In addition, 92% said that the event met or exceeded their expectations. We're happy to see people taking an interest in L&D trends and recognising the importance of continuous learning and development.
