Course description

This NCFE Level 3 travel and tourism course is aimed at students wishing to progress into a career in the exciting world of travel and tourism or further their studies at University.

Suitability - Who should attend?

5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including English and maths or successful completion of a level 2 Travel & Tourism qualification.

Outcome / Qualification etc.

Employment within the travel & tourism or related industries or you could progress on to University. – Airlines – ground/check-in staff, cabin crew/customer service agent – Tour Operator – sales & reservations team, overseas representative, product development team – Travel Agent; Cruise – sales & reservations – Tourist Information Centre – Visitor Attractions; Hotels – front of house

Training Course Content

The course includes a number of trips and visits together with industry guest speakers to make learning fun and relevant. You will use our realistic Airline Cabin Crew training facility and live booking sysyem to enable you to develop the skills and qualities you need for work and explore the opportunities offered in this exciting industry.
