Agent Academy CIC - Apprenticeship Training

Current evidence shows that the gap between young people leaving traditional education and being ready to work in new digital and creative jobs is growing. Agent Academy CIC was created in 2014 as an industry-solution to this problem; giving young people the opportunities they deserve and boosting the economic growth of the sector.

Agent Academy apprenticeships are for aspiring digital and creative leaders. During the 12-month apprenticeship programme apprentices will develop insight and skills in five core areas; leadership, strategy, creative, digital and communications.

Agent Academy's approach is flexible. For new starters, we will assist employers with recruitment and offer a 2-week induction. All apprentices will attend regular monthly training days.

Additional support is offered including 1-2-1 mentoring, access to our online learning and employer days.
