Creative Writing Level 3
This is an exciting way to explore the process of writing, and give yourself the skills you need to create the kind of work worthy of submission to a publisher. You will be assessed throughout the course based on the writing you produce, receiving a Certificate of Achievement on completion.
Fancy yourself as a budding author, interested in different form or writing, then this is an ideal course for you. You will not be disappointed as you delve into how the writing process composes creative works. You will also generate work suitable as a piece of creative writing in readiness for submission to a publisher. Further study will allow you to gain an insight into different texts and genres whilst comparing different writing styles.
You will be challenged and supported to develop your skills in writing poems in a number of different forms: from a sonnet, rhyming verse and free verse. Finally, you will explain the nature and purpose of dialogue and create a believable character and provide a character analysis. You will receive feedback from your personal tutor as you progress through the course, your tutor will ensure that you stay on track and prompt you to challenge your abilities to ensure that you achieve the very best outcome from your studies.
