This Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3 apprenticeship equips line managers with with the skills they need to develop their skills, lead confidently, and progress their careers in order to drive their teams towards business success.
Through the blended learning approach and topics covered, professionals will gain recognised qualifications to support their experience. They will be able to evidence their learning and apply best practice techniques into their organisation, helping to streamline processes, meet deadlines and lead a team efficiently.

End point assessment (EPA)
- The EPA for this apprenticeship consists of two parts, a 1 hour professional discussion around your portfolio of evidence gathered during your apprenticeship and 20 minute presentation followed by a 40 minute Q&A
