Course description
On this 18-week course you will learn the basic skills in a range of construction trades such as Carpentry, Bricklaying, Plastering, Painting and Decorating, and Wall Tiling. You will learn an understanding of health and safety required in a construction environment. You will develop your English and Maths skills, all learners will sit an English and Maths test, the level of the test will be set after you have completed an English and Maths diagnostic assessment at the start of your course. You will develop your personal and social skills to assist you in becoming work ready and seeking employment.
