Indicative Outline:
The Chartered Institute of Public Relations Diploma is designed to enhance the careers and professional development of Public Relations practitioners.
The Diploma provides PR practitioners with:
- The knowledge and understanding of theory and practice to develop as effective and efficient professionals.
- An understanding of the strategic roles and functions of the PR practitioner.
- An appreciation of the practice of PR as a management function.
- An ability to critically analyse the practice of PR.
The University has a co-operative arrangement with CIPR nationally to deliver and assess the programme.
