BlackRock Apprenticeships 

Established in the autumn of 2016, BlackRock will provide Leadership and Management (apprenticeship levels 3 and 5) training on a national basis. Specifically, BlackRock works with Apprenticeship levy paying organisations and training providers providing programmes to levy paying organisations. The training provides a truly blended-learning approach combining workshops, individual coaching and support, on-line learning and practical experience carefully assessed at all the key stages. Whilst the business is new, the senior managers are experienced.
