Preparing to audit

Conducting an ISO audit
Training on meeting formats, collecting information and sampling methods, verification, audit trails and information types such as interviews and observation. Learn how to generate findings and measure against audit criteria.
ISO audit reporting
Understand how to review nonconformities, document corrective actions and close the audit. Learn what to include in an audit report for submission to senior management.
