Our ISO 14001 Implementer Practitioner qualification modules include:
ISO 14001:2015 Requirements (1 days course or 4 hours eLearning)
- Importance and benefits of an ISO 14001:2015 EMS
- Key requirements, terms and definitions of ISO 14001:2015
- Structure of ISO 14001:2015 which incorporates the Annex SL common framework for management system standards
- Main concepts such as process approach, Plan-Do-Check-Act, lifecycle perspective, aspects and impacts
Fundamentals of Change Management (1 days course or 3.5 hours eLearning)
- Identify the key structure, benefits, and concepts associated with management systems
- Understand the roles, responsibilities, and behaviours of an effective implementer
- Discover the process and key tools that form part of an implementer’s project and change management toolkit
- Learn the components of the management system that support an implementer build internal capability to deliver change
- Gain the process steps and key tools that an implementer uses to review the management system and its performance
ISO 14001:2015 Implementation (1 days course)
- Identify key benefits to your organization from implementing an effective EMS
- Develop a plan and determine the resources required for the implementation
- Apply good practice to the implementation using proven tools and techniques
- Implement a system that considers socioeconomic needs and environmental conditions
- Provide products and services that consistently meet customer and regulatory environmental requirements
Assessment
- Each course is followed by an online multiple-choice examination
- Delegates must pass the examination to be awarded the qualification
