The BCS International Diploma
This program is exclusively designed for Business Analysts who aim to enhance their skills, boost employability, and attain certification. It offers targeted training and resources to support Business Analysts in their professional development and help them achieve their career goals.
Training Course Content
The Program has four courses
- Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis (Plus Exam)
- Business Analysis Practice (Plus Exam)
- Modelling Business Processes (Plus Exam)
- Requirements Engineering ( Plus Exam)
Also included in the program is Oral Prep. Workshop for Interviews. All courses must be completed within 1 year.
Course delivery details
The program is delivered fully online and runs on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (9.30 a.m. -5 pm each day).
The classes are delivered live using Zoom as our Live Video conferencing tool and Mural as our whiteboard and collaboration tool.
We share screens, use break-out rooms, chat, and record audio and video.
We also use our proprietary Learning Management system where all course content, videos, and assignments are shared.
